Adhesive Lined Dual Wall Heatshrink Tubing Black 3mm with 25mm length.

Adhesive‑Lined Dual‑Wall Heat Shrink Tubing – Black, 3mm, 3:1 Shrink Ratio (25mm Pre‑Cut, Pack of 100)

This dual‑wall heat shrink tubing is manufactured from flexible, flame‑retardant Polyolefin with an internal adhesive lining. When heated, the outer layer shrinks at a 3:1 ratio, while the inner adhesive melts and flows to create a sealed, moisture‑resistant bond around the cable or component.

Each piece is supplied pre‑cut to 25mm, with an expanded internal diameter of 3.2mm and a recovered diameter of 0.6mm after shrinking. The recovered wall thickness is approximately 0.96mm, including an inner adhesive layer of around 0.35mm. This tubing is suitable for environmental sealing, strain relief, and protection of electrical joints, connectors, and splices.
